The U.S along with the basic four countries India, China, Brazil, South Africa totally 193 nations participated in a climate summit at the Danish capital, Copenhagen. This meet was preceded by a Kyoto summit where many developing countries made negotiations.

    The climate summit is regarding the global warming that threatens due to rising temperatures that might harm the plants, animals and human existence. The summit expects to reduce carbon emissions. This summit is  forced by the U.S on developed and developing nations. The ice caps in arctic are melting. As the climate affects everyone, it must be saved by everyone. The world needs to limit temperature to 2c within 5-10 years. If it raises  upto 3-4c farmlands would become deserts, continents would be divided and species would disappear ,nations might be drowned by the sea.

    Mr.Obama along with selected leaders drafted an accord with a series of closed door meetings. The negotiations were made on negotiation texts that were present. According to the deal the developed nations would reduce emissions and the developing countries would have concession with this accord. The developed countries need to, aid the developed and distribution of technology ,to reduce emissions and find the money to fund all this activity. A country has to grow economically without growing emissions. The shift is more opportunity than sacrifice .some countries have recognized embrazing the transformation that can bring growth, jobs and quality lives. The U.S and china are the big polluters .The rich world is said to be responsible for the lot of carbon in the atmosphere since 1850's.

    About 45,000 people travelled to the U.N climate summit. E.U nations particularly France and U.K had invested political capital on preparing the ground for a deal China and U.S  are expected to be equal partners .Canada, Russia and E.U are expected to do more about climate talks. The next U.N climate meeting is in Bonn by June. India officially supported the deal. The basic four India, Cuba, Brazil and South Africa together co-operated the U.S. .The developing countries maintained to co operate the process through periodic national communication. Reporting and verification of the process in their respective counties is expected to be transparent to U.S by developed countries.

    The deal ended with a weak text document. India was disappointed but pledged to work through the coming year for a better deal. There was no 24-hour television to ask why progress had not been made.

    A mail from a renowned British climate research centre made the climate warming doubters evidence of conspiracy while the editor of the guardian, London asked why a variety of villages in India and Bangladesh  were slowly being swallowed by the sea and while a Swedish physicist and geologist Nils-Axel Morner says sea levels were not rising after measuring the sea levels in South-Asia. He says there are erosion but no rise in sea level.

    It is expected to cost trillions of dollars in the next few decades. Energy infrastructure transformations alone might cost $10 trillion between 2010 to 2030. Investments will be from private sector than the public sector. It is not yet decided as to who will watch the spending and what kind of projects would qualify. $8 billion a year was passed by the climate and energy legislation in U.S until 2030. They estimate that approximately $100 billion will be needed by 2020 to finance the developing world. They plan to do in a, cap and trade system which will be worth an estimate $2 trillion a year by 2020.

The world leaders are expected to control the global warming problem that has arise. The developed countries would fund the developing countries and in turn these countries are supposed to co-operate with the developed countries .The developing countries is supposed to utilize the money properly for the people.
